These terms apply to your use of the website at medmojo.ai, operated by Digital Commerce Collective LLC ("MedMojo™," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. The Website and the MedMojo™ Platform Are Covered Separately

These terms cover the public website only: its pages, articles, guides, calculators, assessments and forms.

The MedMojo™ platform at portal.medmojo.ai is provided only to practices that have signed a Master Services Agreement, an Order Form and a Business Associate Agreement with us. Those signed agreements govern the platform. If anything on this website conflicts with a customer's signed agreements, the signed agreements control.

2. Information, Not Advice

Our articles, guides (including our Medicare WISeR guides), calculators and assessments are general information for healthcare professionals and their staff. They are not medical, legal, billing, coding or reimbursement advice, and they do not create a professional relationship of any kind.

• Payer and government rules change often. Each guide says when and against what source it was checked. Always confirm against the current official source, such as the payer's policy or the CMS guide, before you act.
• Procedure and diagnosis codes are listed by number only. Code descriptions belong to their publishers.
• Calculator and assessment results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. They are not a prediction of any payer decision or financial result.
• MedMojo™ makes no coverage determination, does not decide medical necessity, and does not practice medicine. Clinical and submission decisions belong to the practice and its licensed professionals.

3. No Affiliation

MedMojo™ is independent practice software. Unless a page says otherwise, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by CMS, Medicare, any Medicare Administrative Contractor or WISeR Participant, any health plan, or any other company named on this website. Names of payers and other organizations are used only to identify them.

4. Our Content

The website's text, design, graphics, logos and illustrations belong to Digital Commerce Collective LLC or its licensors. MedMojo™ and Prior Authorization Intelligence™ are our trademarks. You may read, print and share our pages for your own work, with credit and a link back. You may not copy them in bulk, republish them as your own, or use our trademarks in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Screens shown on this website are illustrations with sample data. They show how the product works; they are not real patient or practice data.

5. Using the Website Responsibly

Please do not misuse the website: no attempts to break in or disrupt it, no automated scraping that burdens it, no malicious code, and no false information in our forms. Never enter patient health information into any form on this website. Our website forms are for business contact information only. Patient information belongs only in the MedMojo™ platform, under a signed Business Associate Agreement.

6. Other Websites

The website links to and embeds services run by others, such as CMS publications, payer policies and our demo scheduler. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms apply.

7. Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website and test it against WCAG 2.2 level AA. If something does not work for you, email info@medmojo.ai, and we will help you another way, including by phone if that is easier for you, and fix it.

9. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We work to keep our content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that the website will always be available.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL COMMERCE COLLECTIVE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT. Our total liability for any claim arising from the website is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. This section does not change the liability terms in any customer's signed agreements.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the website.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and it applies from the day it is posted.
